These Terms of Sale govern your purchase of permanent access to individual podcast episodes from Episode Owned, operated by Modern Stoa LLC (Austin, Texas). By completing a purchase you agree to these terms.

What you are buying

A one-time purchase grants you permanent, non-transferable access to the specific episode you bought — on the web and through a private podcast feed tied to your email. It is a license for personal use, not ownership of the underlying content or any intellectual property in it.

Immediate delivery and refunds

Your purchase is delivered immediately upon payment. Because access is granted right away, all sales are final and purchases are non-refundable, except where applicable law requires otherwise or in cases of duplicate charge, fraud, or our confirmed inability to deliver the episode. Payment

Payments are processed by Stripe. Prices are shown in US dollars and any applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout. We do not store your card details.

Acceptable use

Your private feed link is personal to you. Do not share, resell, or redistribute the episode or your feed link. We may suspend access obtained through fraud or a reversed payment. [Confirm enforcement terms.]
